Annie Heffernan won the One Mile Run Saturday at the Eastern Relays with an amazingly fast time of 4:49.28 narrowly missing Connie Jo Robinson 1982 city record of 4:48.3 set on June 12, 1982 at the Kinney Classic, a record which was considered unbreakable for decades.
